Reading Delta

This is the written companion to a video built around three specific ways Delta gets used in a live trade, not a general explanation of what it is. The first is a risk management method: partialing at a protected low or high rather than jumping straight to breakeven, and why that matters for expected value on a prop firm account. The second is a confirmation check most beginners skip, reading the highest point on the Delta profile rather than just the most recent print, since a wick that looks like absorption can still be the side that got rewarded.

The third method pairs a large Delta print with a real volume profile extreme, a low or minor volume node, to find repeatable intra-wick reactions on a lower timeframe.
